By 0 Permalink 0

Hi again from Honda Laura! This month I’m bringing you the showdown of the summer: the 2016 Honda Civic EX-T versus the 2016 Chevy Cruze LT! A big thanks to Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk for letting us take another great car out, but also a big thanks to our friends at Herb Chambers Chevy of Danvers for letting us take the Cruze out.

Both cars got a huge overhaul for 2016 and are packed with tech features, awesome engines, and stylish exteriors. OK, let’s get right to it! And don’t forget to check out the YouTube video of the whole thing!

The Test Drive:

Cruze LT

Comfortable to drive with a nice responsive engine

Auto stop (Gotta say, I’m not a big fan. It feels too jerky.)

Civic EX-T

Feels good to drive- I feel tucked in with the bucket seat and high center console

Turbo engine is crazy responsive and fun

The verdict: Both are excellent compact sedan options that are loaded with features for an affordable price. But which would I rather have at the end of the day? Well, they call me Honda Laura, not Chevy Laura, so I have to go with the 2016 Honda Civic EX-T! What’s your take? Let me know below!
